Cancellation policy.

Applicability: This policy applies to all services provided by Total Self within the United Kingdom and ROW.
1. Introduction
Total Self is committed to providing high-quality services and values the time and commitment of our clients. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments or services.
2. Notice Period
To cancel or reschedule an appointment or service, clients must provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time.
3. How to Cancel
Cancellations can be made through the following methods:

Through our online booking system via the company website.
4. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Late Cancellations: If a client cancels with less than 12 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee of [50% of the session fee] will be charged.
No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of [£59.00 or equivalate programme session value] will be charged.
5. Exceptions
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Clients are encouraged to contact Total Self as soon as possible to discuss their situation.
6. Refunds
Refunds for pre-paid services will be issued as follows:
Cancellations with at least 12 hours' notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Late cancellations: A 50% refund will be issued.
No-Shows: No refund will be issued.
7. Policy Changes
Total Self reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
By scheduling an appointment or booking a service with Total Self, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.

Liability Clause

Applicability: This liability clause applies to all energy healing services provided by Total Self.
1. Acknowledgment of Services
By participating in any energy healing session provided by Total Self, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability clause.
2. Nature of Services
Energy healing services offered by Total Self are designed to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and an overall sense of well-being. These services are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace conventional medical treatment or advice.
3. No Guarantees
Total Self makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the efficacy or outcomes of energy healing sessions. Individual experiences and results may vary.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Clients should not discontinue any medical treatments or therapies prescribed by licensed medical professionals. Energy healing is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. Assumption of Risk
By participating in energy healing sessions, clients voluntarily assume all risk. This includes, but is not limited to any physical, emotional, and psychological effects.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Self, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the participation in energy healing sessions. This includes any injuries, losses, or damages, whether physical, emotional, psychological, or otherwise.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, or other relevant health information prior to the commencement of any energy healing session. Total Self is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the failure to disclose such information.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Total Self, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in energy healing sessions.
9. Governing Law
This liability clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or related to this clause shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By paying for, scheduling and/or participating in any energy healing session with Total Self, clients acknowledge that they have read and fully understand this liability clause and agree to be bound by its terms.
